Jonathan Beck, AAS, serves as the elected Assessor of Beckham County, Oklahoma, a position he has held since 2019. He oversees the full scope of assessment operations, including annual revaluation, quadrennial inspection cycles, sales ratio studies, and compliance with the constitutional, statutory, and professional standards governing ad valorem taxation. Jonathan is actively engaged with the IAAO and the Oklahoma Chapter, where he serves in leadership, education, and mentorship capacities. His work centers on assessment administration as a system, with an emphasis on strengthening organizational structure, advancing professional development, and aligning local office practices with IAAO Technical Standards and the Body of Knowledge. His professional interests include assessment governance, audit and compliance systems, office-wide training frameworks, and the practical implementation of professional standards within local assessment offices.
