About me
I have presented regularly at professional conferences and in educational settings since 1990, and my firm education property owners routinely at public, no-obligation tax talks about real estate assessments and appeals. The goal is to educate and guide general audience and intermediate attendees through the appeal process with hardcopy and digital tools. Sponsoring organizations include the Chicago Housing Authority (CHA), Community Investment Corporation (CIC), Illinois Property Assessment Institute (IPAI), and other local events. A 33-year IAAO Member, I have presented at IAAO Legal Seminar 2024 and IAAO Legal Seminar 2025.
