About me
Jennifer Rearich, MAS, RES is the Business Analytics & CAMA Supervisor at the Maricopa County Assessor’s Office in Phoenix, AZ. She has presented at multiple IAAO Conferences and received the 2019 IAAO Emerging Professional Award. She currently serves on the 2023 IAAO Residential Demo Dataset Task Force. Jennifer is interested in mass appraisal modeling, applications of data science to the assessment industry, assessment equity, and advancements in GIS. Previously a student of urban planning, she holds a BS from Arizona State University and an MPhil from the University of Cambridge.
