About me
Matt Stellino, PMP, is a Senior Data Scientist in Maricopa County with three years working on valuation models and improvements to the Abstracts and Tax Roll process. Before joining the Assessor’s Office, his career focused on engineering and project management, where he developed a strong foundation in structured problem solving, process improvement, and project execution. In his current role, Matt has been able to apply many of those same principles to the unique challenges of mass appraisal while continuing to expand his knowledge of appraisal theory, and regression modeling. He studied Industrial Engineering at Arizona State University.
