During his 24-year career with CoreLogic, now Cotality, he helped drive more than half a billion dollars in enterprise opportunities while working with Assessors and government agencies to modernize property valuation, improve assessment uniformity, and support equitable and defensible assessments. Today, Randy serves as Director of Strategic Growth at Valcre, where he focuses on public-sector modernization, AI, valuation technology, and property intelligence.
