About me
Ryan has been in the appraisal industry for over 15 years. He has earned his Registered Mass Appraiser (RMA) designation from the State of Kansas as well as the Certified Assessment Evaluator (CAE) designation from the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO). In 2017, Ryan started Equitable Solutions, LLC, to assist jurisdictions with various valuation projects having worked on projects in nearly 20 jurisdictions including several regional and statewide projects. Ryan currently serves as the Lyon County Appraiser in Emporia, Kansas. A position he has had since 2019.
